No! The material is durable, but will not leave marks on the firearm. It is recommended to gently place and remove the firearm as shown in the demonstration video to avoid damaging the magnets.

Yes, with the exception of night vision or thermal vision optics, not for any specific reason, but primarily as as precautionary measure, please email lowprocase@gmail.com for further questions.

This case works best with classic steel bodied firearms. It has worked successfully in the past with some AR-15's, however, there is no guarantee it will work with every AR-15 model (as many AR-15's have an aluminum body).
